We work with established companies in the service industry, the B2B industry and practice-based businesses. Our firm focuses on increasing clients' market share through talent management, organizational development, recruiting strategies, sales and marketing training, leadership development and brand communication. We are currently interviewing for the internship posts noted below. Our top internship candidates are quick learners, creative problem solvers, positive, high-energy hard workers with strong professionalism. Graphic design interns need to have access to design programs such as inDesign Quark or other similar program. Our ideal intern works with our company for a full year (10-20 hrs during the semester and 20-40 hrs during breaks) to gain maximum benefit of the scope of their individual learning curriculum. We do place summer internship posts; however, higher level assignments are given to our year-long interns.

Based on performance intern may be recommended to complete a client project for small stipend.
Based on performance and openings intern may be offered a paying full time or part-time position with Paramount upon graduation.
Based on performance intern may be referred to our network of corporations who are seeking qualified and highly recommended candidates for their jobs.
